It's a great dish to have if you to have something simple and yet interactive for your guests... Which also means lesser pressure for you to push out food for the hungry mob...
Main Ingredients:
1. Boneless Chicken
(Thigh meat preferably, fillet or breast meat tends to dry out easily
Dice the chicken thigh meat, do a basic marinate with little salt and a little corn flour, good stir please...)
2. Tortilla wraps or tacos
3. Tomato and cucumber salad
(Step 1:Quarter the tomatoes and scoop out all the pulp and seeds and juice into bowl, then diced the remain tomatoes and place into same bowl.
Step 2: Quarter the cucumbers and cut the seeds. Then diced the remaining cucumbers and place in same bowl with tomatoes.
Step 3: Squeeze in juice from half to one lemon, your preference, and season with salt and pepper.)
4. Gojuchang ( Korean chilli paste)

Begin:
First, give your chicken thigh meat a second marinate with the Korean chilli paste, mix well and set it aside and rest.
Second, assemble the tomato and cucumber salad as mentioned above. The cucumber seeds has to be removed else you find your salad swimming on water.
Thirdly, heat up a pan, add oil, peeled garlic and sliced onions to it. Stir fry till u can smell the garlic, then add your chicken thigh meat to it. Remove from pan when meat is cooked.
To serve, use tacos or cut tortillas into half and fold the semi circle into cone shape. Allow guests to put a table spoon of salad into the cone following with the chicken meat. You may want to add plain yogurt or sour cream on top of the chicken to reduce spiciness.
